Ancient city founded by Lord [[Tarvu]], formerly known as [[Baalb]]. The exact location is unknown but is believed to lie somewhere between Turkey and Ethiopia.

[[Tarvu]] settled in [[Baalb]] on his forteenth birthday, and in fact had his forteenth birthday party there. He quickly established himself as a valued member of the community, becoming greatly involved in civic matters. At the age of nineteen he became the youngest person to run for mayor of [[Baalb]] but was narrowly beaten by the incumbent, [[Gibb]]. [[Gibb]], however, bore [[Tarvu]] no ill wishes, and even threw a birthday party for him in the Council Hall. However, later on, [[Gibb]] did turn on [[Tarvu]] and used a 'dirty tricks' campaign against him.
