As the Chabbernackle Hen-henty, or International Head of [[Chabernackle]]s, Lao Menou (b. 1907? - ) is one of the most powerful Tarvuists in the world. He works closely with the Chabbernackle Ordermasters, the official [[chabernackle]] section of the Givil.

Menou decides on funding for [[chabernackle]]s and holds conferences each year to debate inter-[[chabernackle]] matters, with particular attention being paid to washing and toilet facilities in Tarvuist places of worship.

Purportedly over a hundred years of age, Lao still runs to work every day - a journey of over 40 miles.
