The holiest man in modern [[Tarvuism]], High Pri'stm'nty Jon-John Torvakian is Head of the [[Givil]] (or Givil Meni-hentu), which he has presided over since 1990.

Not much is known about Torvakian, and a clear photograph of his face has never been published. 

Torvakian is believed to live in either Zurich (Switzerland), Baltimore, San Diego, Clermond Ferrand (France), Milan, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) or Aylesbury in southern England.

For security reasons, the [[Tarvuist]] Church routinely uses actors and body-doubles to portray Torvakian. Perhaps because of this, some critics of [[Tarvuism]], such as [[T.P.K. Henson]] maintain that he does not exist, or that he is actually somebody else. 

In the UK, The Times newspaper published a story in June 1998 claiming that Torvakian was, in fact, three German women.  The [[Givil]] flatly denied this claim.
